Thank you so much for all of the participation in our Coin Challenge. We had so much fun! More information on the results will follow. The students really enjoyed our CSW Kick-Off Event " Lead Me to Jesus." They shared several activities with their Buddies and a great time was had by all! Our seventh graders are setting a good example to our first graders by helping to lead them to Jesus and serving as role models. So proud of them!
We are busy preparing for Catholic Schools Week and are working on several projects. We look forward to you visiting our classroom. CSW begins on Sunday 1/26 at 9:00 Mass followed by a visit to our school. As you know there is an Open House on Tuesday for  Grades K-2 from 9:30-10:30. I just wanted to inform you that our class has Music from 9:50-10:30 in Msgr. Kirwin Hall. You are invited to come to our classroom from 9:30-9:50 and then we will go down for Music Class. It will be fun!

 

ELA- We  began the next Unit in Our Superkids series. We will be learning how to add endings to words.
 Math- We continue to work on Chapter 4 on Subtraction. We will be learning about fact families. That is so much fun!
Religion- We will be discusssing kindness and how we treat others. We are learning about the Holy Family and Jesus' life as a boy.
Science- We will learn about Animal Families
