November was full of fall fun! We learned letters E, F, and G, did some colorful science experiments with water, honored All Saints Day and Veterans Day, and celebrated Thanksgiving. One of our main focuses this month was demonstrating kindness to our friends; we did this through sharing toys, helping our friends, and saying nice things to one another!
We dove straight into the fall feeling this month! We took advantage of the beautiful weather and spent a lot of time outside. We learned letters C and D, used our 5 senses to explore fall, and even got to pick our very own pumpkins from the patch. October is Fire Safety month, and we got a special visit from the Fire Department. We also celebrated Halloween and continued settling into our classroom!
We jumped into our school year this month! We spent September settling into a routine, establishing class expectations, getting to know each other, and having fun. We learned letters A and B, became Shape Detectives on the hunt for shapes around our classroom, practiced sorting items like apples and bears, and so much more!
