Welcome to our Pre-K! It is my pleasure to work with your children this year. I hope this will be the beginning of an amazing experience for your child. The curriculum in Pre-K provides a variety of preparatory activities that enable children to gain the readiness skills and tools they will need for future school success. Children gain independence, develop muscle coordination, and care for themselves. They learn to problem solve, socialize and love, and be loved as members of God's family. They will be introduced to religion, science and health, English language arts, social studies, mathematics, technology, physical education, library, arts and crafts, and music.
Morning Prayer:
God made the birds, God made the bees.
God made the sun, God made the trees.
Look all around you and you will see...
That God made you and God made me.
Thank you God, for all that you have made. Amen.
Meal Prayer:
Thank you for the world so sweet,
Thank you for the food we eat.
Thank you for the birds that sing,
Thank you God for everything!
